Flight & Booking Recommendations

When you start looking for flights, you will look for flights to Nassau, Bahamas.

I recommend using "Hooper" to watch for the best flight rates. All you have to do is download the app and put the dates in that you’re flying. It will send you daily alerts on when the flights are the lowest and when to best purchase your flight.

You WILL need a Passport for this trip!!! For those that will need to get one, please apply ASAP so there are no delays or issues upon departure.

Flights are separate. This site only books your all-inclusive stay at the resort.

*** Booking Information & Recommendations:

You are required to book a minimum of 3 nights. The wedding will be Sat., 9/27/25. We will have group excursions for those interested on Thursday 9/25 & Sunday 9/28. We will have welcome reception & rehearsal dinner Friday 9/26. A full itinerary will be available to view as we get closer to our big day. Therefore, we recommend booking the following dates:

3 Nights: Thurs., 9/25 - Sun., 9/28 OR Fri., 9/26 - Mon., 9/29 4 Nights: Thurs., 9/25 - Mon., 9/29 5 Nights: Wed., 9/24 - Mon., 9/29

You can choose from 1 person to 4 people per room. Make sure to select the number of people at the top of page when selecting dates.

All you need is a $150 deposit per person to book your room(s)!!! When you pay your deposit, your rate is locked in and will not change. From there you can pay according to your payment plan. Your total balance is due 60 days prior to departure. So you literally have 10 months to pay you total balance!! Remember, room rates change ALLLL the time. So, to insure your best rate, you must put down your deposit. Room rate is ONLY guaranteed with deposit.
